There is an animal in every human beings. Our instincts kick in certain moments, and we act just like animals. And sometimes, animals can also show abilities that is of the standard of human beings, in terms of intelligence. Also, there are signs of a system of rules in some animal societies, and also human like moral behaviour, so to some extent, you can say vice versa applies.

spontaneous generation of life. amino acids coming together in just the right way. later on you have your amoeba ancestors for animals, and your algae ancestors of plants.
mutation. selective pressure of environment, and all sorts of things would cause divergent properties. millions of years pass.
tada, humans and all other life on this planet from one puddle of goo.

There are two steps involved: the initial creation of life, and its subsequent evolution to the multiplicity of species we see today. Nobody knows how life began in the first instance, but once it did, evolution took over and many species subsequently appeared -- most of which are now extinct. For details, see:

Well considering that there are hundreds of books on the subject, I'll pass since you obviously have no real interest in learning.
Plus this a bio question, not philo.
