I sleep better when it's cold but not too cold. For example not way down in the single digits or something but when it's hot I can't get comfortable and cooled off and I just toss and turn. When it's cold I just curl up in a big ball and get all warm and toasty. LOL.

Definitely cold! I love to get all bundled up! Which is why it's so hard for me to sleep being that I live in Hawaii. I sleep with the fan on every night. But I'm not complaining! Hawaii is wonderful!

When it's cold. for some reason the coldness freezes my @ss to sleep LOL. But when it's hot i'm too busy tossing & turning haha. =)

cold we shut the vents off to the bedroom and it is chilly, and with a hot water bottle down in the bed warm toes cold room sleep great.

omg, i can sleep with like six blankies on and the house turned up to like 75. So my answer is HOT i hate being cold
