same same as any pre paid card -- go to your hr at work and they will be able to direct your funds!!!

Keep away from Green dot products. They are a nightmare to work with if you have a problem. I have also heard of many complaints against them. I am still trying to resolve an issue with a card I bought on Dec 14th. Their customer service is the worst and you would be talking to someone in India, Philipines or so on. Hope this helps.

Just like other prepaid debit cards you'll need to contact your payroll dept to set the direct deposit up. Hopefully they will not charge you a load up fee. Then you should be able to spend your money as usual. Also check out Net Spend prepaid cards. They only cost 2 bucks to load. Good Luck!
