I bought a frame from target.. and it doesn't come with the back.. you know to either hang it up on the wall or set it up. so where can i buy the normally black felt back?
ex: like target, hobby lobby, wal mart? please help me! its a gift!

You could buy another cheap frame of the same size and use the back from that. The craft store Michaels has lot of different sized frames.

Go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They have a framing department and should have backing for frames. It will help if you bring in the frame.

Measure the size of the "backing piece" you need then go to a 2nd hand store or yard sales. You can pick up another frame w/ the back piece for very little .

You can make a backing using some thick cardboard and a wall hanger.
