It's german, and it means there are many celebrations for this kind of.. and I can't make out the last word..

I'm pretty sure it's German, but apart from 'welcome' I have no idea what the rest means. Try a translation site if no-one can tell you. Good luck.

I'm pretty sure it's German. I put it into a translator, but it makes no sense. This is what it said: "Welcomely! There are many CELEBRATIONS for this popular GET-CLIMBS."
