Dribbling or drolling is an prompt respond on your petting. Cats react in any different case while inspired. some roll on the floor with exhilaration, some stick their buttocks extreme up the hair, some may even vocalized in a sing track way. in spite of the undeniable fact which you're tempted to dazzling of fix this habit, regrettably, inspired drooling is involuntary. Your cat can't administration his reaction on your petting. although, you may help him swallow his saliva somewhat of drooling by gently tapping him on the nostril or by stroking his neck and gently tugging his head upwards. additionally, have some paper towels or fabric waiting to sparkling up. :)

I have one that licks my hands, one that just lies in my lap to let me pet him, and the other one bites and scratches playfully. Neither one of my black cats drool. Maybe he has a crush on you? lol!

My stray silver tabby used to drool all the time, but that's because she had an absessed tooth, so maybe you should have that checked out.

Never had that problem, with cats of any color. Ask your vet.
