Assume units are cm:-
V = 6 x 6 x 6 cm ³
V = 216 cm ³

S.A. = 6 x (6 x 6) cm ²
S.A. = 216 cm ²

Volume: 6 x 6 x 6 = 216 (height x width x length )
Surface Area: 216 (6 x 6 = 36, and since there are 6 of those, it's just 36 x 6 = 216.)

Another way to look at this is: Area of one side plus area of 2nd side plus area of third side etc. (36+36+36+36+36+36)

V = 6^3 = 216 cubic units

A = 6 faces X area one face

Area one face = 6 X 6 = 36 square units

total Area = 216 square units
