To meet a celeb you have to now the people in their friend group, go to some of the stores thay go to or stuff, but never buy their shirts and things like that, because thay will just think your a weirdo fan( thay realy get sick of that you know).I know this because my dad is a boby gard for celebs, I met lots of people like falloutboy,em&m, patd and thay seem to like people who dont do that.Find a friend who knows a friend who works for them.

oh no... actually i know.
if its a band or a singer then usually after their concerts they have an afterparty where you can buy tickets and get to chill with them and get their autograph. although there is a limited number of people allowed and for some bands it might be over 21/18 because it might be in a bar or something.
as for actors i don't really know

You can meet them at tours. Or if you go to any clubs than you could pay to hang out with them. But it is expensive, it's over $1,000. Or e-mail them...I have the e-mails. If you need anything. Or contact them on MySpace. Hope I helped!!!
