I'm both. The funny thing is, I am a terrible copy editor of my own work. I can write a damn good story, but when it comes to little things I always miss them. In others' works, though, I find the smallest errors. That must be why I'm the copy editor of our school's yearbook. : )

Those who read what I write tend to like my style, so I would say I am a good writer. Most important is that I like what I write, so that's what matters, I think.
