I feel your pain! I feel like my relationship is coming to an end and it pains me... but I feel so unappreciated by him that I don't know what to do anymore.

I come to YA

I feel depressed today too (and it's my b-day but can't stop feeling like that) and it kinda sucks. About your friends, try talking to them and tell them how special they are to you and that you don't want that friendship to end. They will understand, I can tell you from experience because the girl who is now my best friend forever since 11 years ago and I used to have nasty fights often and I always had to be the one to give the first step to save our friendship.

Cheer up and I hope everything solves and u get to feel better.

Whoever said "sleep" is right about that. Give your mind a break, then music always helps me. Just having my kids around helps me get through depressing times, they love me unconditionally, and that is something to be treasured, and helps to redirect my mind to something positive. You may not have kids, but find something positive to focus on - AFTER you take your recuperating nap. Don't give up on life because there is plenty more to be lived. After the clouds clear, you will see that.

Someone once told me that it is OK to be depressed, because that is a normal brain function(?) and is part of a healing process. But, it is not OK to stay depressed, because over time, your brain's chemistry will change in ways to make depression the norm. It still makes sense to me, and I hope, to you too.

Just do what you have to do to make matters better, call you're friend and work things out. Forget about your girl you'll meet someone else when the time is right.

I usually write everything that happened down in a notebook, listen to songs to cheer me up, and realize that everything happens for a reason. Also, if you want to make up with your friend, you should do it soon so you feel better faster and still try to remain friends with your girlfriend. Let her know how you feel.

I usually feel sorry for myself for a few hours and then realize (like I always do ) that I will not accomplish anything that way. Pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again.

first, give the special friend time to cool off and then try to apologize to them.. second, find another friend or a family member to talk to. do not keep this bottled up inside you..
