each and all the 50 states are sovereign entities interior of u.s., and that they've the main suitable and accountability to enact and implement legislations to guard their respective voters. possibly the federal government will take the hint that we, the american voters, p.c. some federal information in preserving our borders. deliver federal troops to shield the borders. deliver financial help to physique states which attempt to shield the borders. Impose heavy sanctions on the offending countries.
