It's the hand held one - I don't know what do once I put the tape on the holder - looks like it has to go around a rubber roller or something - I'm very bad at thiss kind of thing!

We need more details. If it is hand-held one the roll of tape slides onto the bar from the side, with sticky side down from cutting teeth. If it is a desktop one its boxy cover usually lifts up and then you lift up a retaining bar and just drop it in.

If you get specific we can too.

Apparently you have no idea how many different kinds of tape dispensers there are... hehehe

Since you dont tell us which kind youve got....we can't tell you how to load it.

BUT, if this is handcrank, or powered dispenser, there should be a loading diagram inside the cover.

Good Luck

loosen the nut on the wheel--this just makes it easier to pull on the tape (less tension) put the tape on the wheel , pull on it for a few inches then slide the strip of tape between the rubber & the peice of metal below it.make sure the sticky side is facing away from the rubber.pull it up over the rubber to the blade. that's it.
