How old is Rosenthal pattern 3630?

I have a set of genuine 95 Rosenthal pattern R3630. When did Rosenthal make this particular pattern? Any ideea on how much this might be worth?

Hi! Here are replacement prices for 3630. It would not be the same however, if you attempt to sell the set as an ensemble. First, because you, yourself will not be selling it but most likely will be giving it to an auction house that will take a percentage of the hammer price.
