I have a new account, 3 days old. With the youtube partner program. My reports still say $0 but I know that the vids that I am advertising on have been viewed thousands of times... wheres my money!?

Have a look at the the other info in your Adsense report. 'Impressions' shows the number of times your adverts have actually been loaded in someone's browser. If it's less than the number of times your videos have been seen, then people are either blocking javascript, or have ad blockers.

If you're seeing plenty of impressions but no clicks, then either the ads aren't relevant, or they're not very well placed, so nobody is clicking them. Most of the time you only earn money if someone clicks the ads and then visits the advertiser's site.

With a three-day-old account you wouldn't expect to have earned more than a few cents, anyway. Have you checked your stats for all time, or just for today?

I never had any luck with the youtube partner program. You are better off with a block of Adsense ad's. A new program is starting Feb 1 that should blow Adsense away called Pay Per Play. You can check it out here:
