I Was doing some punching excersizes yesterday and i sorta overextended my arm while using too much force and now, evey time i fully exted my arm, theres a sharp pain in the inner part of my elbow. What should i do to speed the recovery?

I think you already know what you gotta do. For most common injuries/sprains the best solution is rest and Ice/Heat. If the pain lasts a while, better see a doctor. Working through pain could cause permanent damage.

don't excersize for a few weeks and keep your arm on ice as long as possible also every few min stretch your arm. I f the pain persists then go to the doctor for meds.

Ice it, put it in a bandage and go see a doctor.

Go see the dr. and make sure you didn't break one of the little bones or tear your cartilege.

wrap your elbow tight in bandage, so it is supported straight.
