I put it in Tupperware containers.
Lol, when I was in high school my best friend's mother used to leave left overs out on the table all night long and then I would see her snacking on them the next day! It was so gross! The time that has stuck with me all these years is when she made pork chops in the summer time. There were flies in the kitchen & they kept landing on the meat. Then I saw her mom pick one up and just start munching on it! Ewwww! I was so grossed out that I still remember it like it was yesterday and this had to be at least 10 or so years ago!

plastic wrap
IT IS TERRIBLE IF YOU DON'T COVER IT
even though your refrigerator looks clean, there are still germs there.
Also ,let your food turn to room temperature before you put it on the refrigerator.if you don't the food and refrigerator wont be that good.
Your food is warm so if you immediately put it the food will be unsanitary. The food is warm and then you change it to cold suddenly
OR
Use a container. You can res use it .It will be bad for the enviorment if you use too much plastic wrap
If I do use plastic wrap,I use it again and again. But I wash it and let it dry.The stickiness will go ,but i can still cover it
I used http://busycooks.about.com/library/lessons/blrefrig.htm below
Always cover food in your refrigerator. The air inside your fridge is extremely dry and foods will quickly dry out, lose quality, and become unappetizing in a short period of time if not covered. Covering foods also prevents bland or delicate foods (like dairy products) from acquiring odors from other foods (like cabbage).

Plastic wrap, or I use containers with lids to store food in.
I don't always though, I'm pretty lazy, but food will stay good for longer if it's covered.

Yes, and I use plastic containers. After weeks, I throw them away. Sad, isn't it? the containers are not clear enough to see through, so sometimes I forget them. My New Years resolution is to have so little in the refrig that the containers will stand out, not be hidden by other containers.

Usually.
I try to wrap it with plastic wrap, otherwise if it's in foil, nobody knows what it is and it goes to waste.
