Seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding here?
In the UK it is against the law to allow your dog to 'foul' in any public place,(including a park) if it does you pick it up in a 'doggie bag', some times there are special bins to dump it in, most times not, If I had a dog I guess I would stick the doggie bag into the nearest rubbish bin.
The other doggie bag is the one you ask the restaurant to pack your left over meal in so you can take it home.
The only thing putting me off owning a dog now is having to take it walkies along with a plastic bag and a poop scoop!, I'm not saying that's wrong I just dont fancy the idea for myself.
I wonder if folk in USA have these poop scoop things??

Sometimes, when I remember to pick it up and take it with me. Sometimes I forget and leave it on the table.
