You look about 20. You are by no means ugly. If you went to the hair dressers and got a new do it would do wonders for you. Don't ever underestimate the power of make up, it can work miracles. You have very beautiful eyes already, think about how they would look with make up on them. Also your lips are washed out. Some color and shine would really make them, and you, stand out. With new hair, and ten minutes with cosmetics in the morning you would be stunning!

You look somewhere between 15 and 18.
I think you're pretty, but the camera angle is awkward.
All these people who say you're not that pretty -or whatever- don't look at the factor of the picture. It's not bad, it's just hard to take a picture of yourself; I know this all too well. Also, you look kinda pissed and like you maybe had a cold or something. Maybe you were just tired.
But, yes, despite the picture, you look attractive.
I give you a 6-7 out of 10, but I'm sure you could manage a 9 or 10.
Some advice: I don't care what the other people said, DON'T GROW YOUR BANGS OUT! They look fine, but would look better if you straightened them and styled them where there wasn't an opening (hard, I know, mine are stubborn too). Also, I wouldn't wear your hair like that, though I've never seen you any other way, so I don't know what you look best in.

You look 16-19-ish.
You look avarage to me, but you'll look much better if you pin those bangs back, w a brown eyeliner to make those beautiful blue eyes of yours absolutely pop, and brown/black mascara to enchance your lashes, don't forget to curl them too. Also some curls for the hair can look cute too, try curling your hair, you will be surprised, I believe. And I think the necklace looks cute, don't worry! and do not tilt your head back so much, and smile, so you'll look prettier in photos.

I see girl attractive until 26 yrs old as a single girl. If she's married, it's attractive to her husband until 40 yrs old. That does mean that it is no longer attractive after that (either after 26 old or after 40 old) but I think you mean by ur question (very attractive) not (mere attractive).

get rid of the hairstyle
wear a light-colored lipgloss to make lips look bigger
maybe dye your hair a lighter color
take pictures straight on and smiling

LOse those bangs, SMILE!! Wear make up even if its only mascara, eyeliner wud be ideal. Lose that necklace and Jacket, really BIG fashion no-no

id say 26 if your going to have bangs grow them out more and put them to the side or get rid of them take a picture smiling have someone take it do it strsit on and find a makeup that makes your eyes not look so big (just my opinoin) and maby some lip gloss and a idk

you are a natural. get ur hair layered and feathered. slap some make-up on, espeically glossy lips and mascara, dark eyeliner. wear some more flattering clothes that show off your figure. GET A SIDE PARTING!!!!
