It depends who is teaching you. Driving school may be beneificial because you might get a discount on your car insurance for going through it. Call your insurance company and get some recommendations for ones they accept for discounts.

Look in the yellow pages then call the better business bureau to see how they rank. But some one should teach you.

cheap and driving do not mix...
you shoudl be willing to spend for safety and to operate a motor vehicle.
crashes make your insurance go up as you get older.
Please reconsider the word cheap
