HBO- Better shows...
Showtime- Better Movies
Starz- Good Old Movies
Cinemax- For a late night...::wink wink::

Encore, Starz, cinemax, then showtime I had cable since cable was invented when MTV ruled back in the day. Need more than one channel. Example if you see movie on Showtime you wont see it on Cinemax or visa versa. Just like if you have STARZ you wont see it on Cinemax or showtime showtime and The movie channel are the same Hbo and Cinemax are the same. But Cinemax shows more RATED R movies

I personally like shotime, starz and HBO more than cinemax. If you want porn go for cinemax but they get movies later than the rest.
Right now it seems that starz then showtime gets new movies faster

My cable has a bundle of HBO, Starz, and Shotime, so if this is regarding a desicion like that, ask about a bundle.
If you want new movies, do Starz.
If you want a mix of new and old, do HBO.
If you want everything else, do Sho.

I say starz because it's made for family viewers not the porn loving idiots..And plus you can see the newer movies way before any other channel does.

I HAVE SHOWTIME AND THE MOVIE CHANNEL COMBINATION AND IT'S THE FAVORITE IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!!
