Upgrading from a 64mb card in the samsung m610. Have formatted the card on the phone first then connected using both USB adapter & the media reader. Both methods do not recognize the card. It shows the drive D but nothing in it?

surely, it is nothing in it when you only formated it. when you saved something in it, then you will see some file.

What format did you use to format it? Try an older more compatible format of Fat32 if NTFS is not working.

I would try formatting one more time...if that does not work, take it back...it may be a defective card
