I haven't,
but if I was somewhere
and I didn't have a tooth brush,
but had toothpaste, I would!

Hmm, did you get 'caught out' with no overnight supplies?! If your mouth is feeling icky, floss first! Seriously - I always have floss in my bag. If you have access to a facecloth, that will go a great job of scrubbing your teeth. But really, trust me on the floss. What's stinky is the stuff that rots between teeth. Fl.Oss!

If you have no toothbrush and are unable to get one, yet you do have toothpaste accesable, then yes, it would help but not as much as a toothbrush would. If you had no toothbrush nor toothpaste, then no, it would not make much of a difference. However, I reccomend cleaning your teeth using a toothbrush.

Yeah so what? Is there something wrong with that? I think it is better than some people that use their knives to clean their teeth & sometimes it is the same knife they use to clean their fingernails too! LOL

Rarely - that is not very healthy I think. Sometimes if I have no toothbrush I'll use fingers + toothpaste.
