Generally we're fairly tolerent and let others into our country. We tolerate different religions, cultures, races and assimilate their finer points into our culture.
We don't need to learn a foreign language because all foreignor's need to learn english to do business as english is the recognised business language. Hollywood films are all in english so we don't need subtitles to watch american crap movies.
If you don't support the home team at footie or cricket you don't care too much when we lose but can rub up Johnny Foreigner (especially the Aussies) when we beat them.

Being free.
Free to be who I am.
Freedom from persecution.
Living in country with a true democracy.
Living in a country that is fair, tolerant and civilised.
But most of all living in a country that has the NHS.
