I am emotional but I generally try to avoid displaying it. I try to release my emotions on a regular basis, but often they do stay bottled up.

Part of this is my military background, which emphasized self-control. Since I understand the process fairly well I do find ways to release my emotions and I don't think I have a mental health problem from them.

I do tend, however, to be a rather private person and some people think I'm a bit cold.

The people who know me well know I'm anything but cold. I really don't mind that arrangement. Privacy is good.

I guess it depends on the situation of the moment. But I would say I carry my emotions inside most of the time. I can be quick to anger but also quick to forgive and forget. I tend to be very laid back. I was always known as "easy Ed".
