This is where the cross multiplying comes in.

100grams - 360 kcal
71 grams - x kcal

x kcal = (360 x 71)/100
x kcal = 255.6

Hope it helped:)

Cross multiply. 100g/360kcal = 71g/x
So, 100g(X)=360kcal(71g)
100g(X)=25560
X=25560/100
X=255.60 kcal
