If Rivers doesn't play like crap like he has more than not this season, they have an excellent chance. Even though they're defense allows a lot of yards, they still have a good pass rush especially with a healthy Merriman. oh yeah, they also have this guy named Tomlinson.

I think there is always a chance. I would say despite the 3rd seed that they are the fourth best team in the AFC, behind the Pats, Colts and Jags. Last year I thought that they were the best team and some bonehead plays by the defense cost them the game against New England. They have a really good defense and Tomlinson is the best RB in the game, so with that you always have a chance. They should easily win the first round against the Titans, or Browns. Tough game against Indy in the second round, but I think they match up well. Who knows maybe there will be another upset and The Bolts will have home field in the AFC championship. If they were to make it I think they win the Superbowl over any team from the NFC. They have a shot, but just not a great one.

Any team in the playoffs has a chance. That is the reason the games are played. For everyone who thinks they cant becuase of Rivers well if you recall Trent Dilfer won a SB with the ravens in 2000. A QB doesnt have to win the game he just has to not turn the ball over and make a few plays.

I wish you luck, you do realize that Norvy is still the coach and Rivers is still the QB. The Boltz have become the classless team of the NFL with Rivers, (give me some juice) Merriman and the idiot GM AJ Smith.

To answer your question, I think the players have the talent but Norvy will screw it up.

Not me. Sorry, I understand you are loyal to your team but look at the facts. Rivers is still a shaky QB, they have no real good wideouts other then Chambers and Gates (although he is a tightend) and as good as LT is, he can't win the game by himself for them. He tried that last year against a lesser Pats team and they still lost, at home I might add. Sorry, but even if they beat the Pats, they would have to take on either the Jags or Colts, and winning not one but two big games is to much for the Chargers. Sorry, but no.

No. Absolutely not. To get there, they would have to play New England or Indianapolis, both teams which the Bolts can't beat. They will lose in the playoffs and LT will crie, like he did last year vs. NE.

No, Rivers sucks. L.T. will then flip out after the game and say something very stupid and one of them will leave the team.

Ok what was wrong with what I said? L.T. won't even sit next to Rivers when they are losing a regular season game. What do you think he will do when they lose a playoff game? Grow up and stop acting like your 10.

unlikely to ensue. Ravens would be interior the large Bowl lead via Ray Lewis and Steve McNair. it rather is via the Ravens better protection (#a million interior the league at 194 factors allowed)... purely ask Steve McNair himself what occurred in 2000 whilst Ray Lewis and corporation close the Titans down (with an all professional working back in Eddie George at that element) IN TENNESSEE. additionally remember that the Ravens will likely open up vs a sorry *** Colts group that has no protection. on an identical time as the Chargers gets New England interior the 2d around (New England = genuine coach that could win playoff video games, 2d acceptable protection in the back of us, and a real shown QB). Neither us nor New England is petrified of your group at Qualcomm in any respect. variety in ideas our protection carried us to the large Bowl in 2000 and we had NO QB in any respect, this twelve months with Steve Mcnair, no group has a huge gamble.
