like for instance I gave Fran The fury thing {i forgot what it was called} and I gave Ashe a mist {i also forget the name of that one too} but after Fran is done I want Ashe to go... but everytime I press R2 nothing happens... what do I have to do and/or what am I doing wrong?

Hold R2 and press the corresponding button to Ashe. Its either O , X or Triangle. You can't always have the character you want to do certain Quickening. I know, it's a pain in a ****. For example I have to do one more of those things happening at end .( I mean the fire or sandstorm at end.) The one I have to do is called Whiteout. I hoped it helped.

maybe its just luck because sometimes it is really difficult to do it. but you can have a better chance if you have charges(glowing mp bars) on your characters.
