I have a palm pilot. If I didn't have this, I will lose my mind. I have so much going on it's important that I have it with me daily. Also, when I'm out and I'm bored and I think of a question for YA, I just write it down.

I have like 5 planners and 1 PDA, but I never seem to really utilize them.

I have an annual calendar in paper divided by month. Each day has a small box. If I fill the box, I don't make any more appointmentss for that day.

Yes. I did use a big fancy one, with colorful paper by Flavia...but this year, uh next, I am going to try a book style that has the month laid out on two pages, then weekly pages.....I coincide this with a calendar on my kitchen wall.....
