Practice doing your round-off, but when you land it, give a jump at the end, I forget what it's called, Basically, your doing a Round-off, then when you land, you jump and then stick it. Practice doing those, it will get you preapared for doing Round-off back handsprings. Then practice doing back-handsprings on the trampoline without jumping first. That will get you used to doing them on the floor. Then, if you're taking gymnastics lessons, have your coach spot you doing them on the trampoline, then on the floor. Good Luck!!!

You might study it somewhat quicker this time round than final. But you will not get it right away, don't forget constantly train. The cause why your arms did not contact the bottom, is seeing that you're floating on your again handspring, and reducing it brief. You ought to elongate the again handspring. Start off in a seated function, and push via your feet so your momentum is going backwards.

never ever practice a back handspring by yourself. steps are
1; stand up straight get ready
2; get in a sitting position; like your in a chair;
3; swing your arms down really fast and hard then swing them up
lock your arms next to your ears.
( so now your in a sitting potion jumping backwards with your arms right next to your ears)
4; your arms should touch the floor then as your in a handstand position
snap down.

Its dangerous to do this by yourself but if u are practice your roundoffs then REBOUND(jump up in the air as high as u can) once you have it perfect practice pausing a fter the rebound doing your standing roundoff backhandspring (if you have it) if you dont go slow on your roundoff and on your rebound keep your arms tight and throw yourself back.
HOPE I HELPED!:)

You can try these drills at home:

But you need to get into a tumbling class to really do them full out.
