When you say "We" who do you represent? Since you asked the question it should be "I". I personally dont think you have the balls to tell a Scotsman to his face this comment, so thats why your saying it on here. I wear the Kilt and I would love to personally batter your scabby face.

Because kilts are different to skirts. They look slightly different. Plus they are part of Scottish heritage.
