Check with your local auto parts store. If they don't have the info they can sell you a repair manual on your car for around $20 which will give you all the torque specs.

GM Master Tech,
Rods- Tighten the connecting rod nuts a first pass evenly to 27 N·m (20 lb ft).
Tighten the connecting rod nuts a final pass an additional 70 degrees
Crank- Tighten the bolts on the first pass to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
Tighten the bolts on the final pass an additional 73 degrees
Use a dial indicator or feeler gauge in order to measure end play between the front of the rear of the crankshaft bearing cap and the crankshaft thrust surface in order to determine the crankshaft end play. The proper clearance is 0.05-0.2 mm (0.002-0.008 in). If you use a feeler gauge, measure between the thrust surface of the crankshaft bearing and the crankshaft.

You can use these numbers from most any small block chevy. Your 4.3 is just a 350 V8
with front two cylinders removed.
This also shows you order to tighten cylinder head bolts, from inside to outside.
