If I remember hydrogeology, it would be fine sand. Silt's particles are too close together and coarse sand's particles are too far apart for effective capillary action.

I could completely wrong though, so you need to look it up for yourself.

Definately silt. coarse sand has too much air, and fine sand doesn't have quite as much as silt.
