Fake, but possibly fun to try.
There is nothing about Ouija boards (both Online and real life ones) that harm people, although people who are already harming themselves might be attracted to Ouija Boards.

All Ouija boards are fake. They have been completely proven to be a subconscious movement of the players hands on the pointer. To consider them evil or spiritual in any way is pure superstition.
