Yes... I've lived through two major hurricanes. With hurricanes comes flood waters. And animals and reptiles come out hoping to escape the water, too. That means rats and snakes in that water with you. Also, electric lines are broken and down... and water and electricity do not mix. Most people have no idea what flood waters can do.

yes, a flood when i lived in San Antonio, TX
and in New Jersey where i currently live, theres apparently always a drought. at least thats what my mom tells me.

Nope, and I'm grateful for that.
I live in a valley in California,
and it get stinking hot, but no drought.
And that there aren't many floods in California,
just earthquakes.
