I have not cheated on a test, but homework.....i have

Yes, I've done both (but the test was in 5th grade :-P). But the only thing you're cheating is yourself. If you truly understand what the assignment is about and you're just too lazy to do it, then it's not that bad. Teachers give you the assignments to make sure you know what you've been talking about in class and/or to improve your skills. You should still try and do your homework as much as you can, because you obviously took that class by choice. So unless you're a complete failure, you should do your homework as much as possible.
