No, no bluffing: have you seen Putin's face recently? Have you tried looking into his eyes, but really looking? He doesn't strike me as a leader who'd bluff about anything, least of all about an important issue involving his allies.

Russia is running by mafia,and Putin is an ex KGB officer who is interested only to full his pockets with dirty money. he already ;earned; 50 billion $. Putin is just trying to get any benefit he can from recent situation, he don;t care for his ;serbian friends;
