I truly doubt it. I signed up for a couple of programs a few years ago that actually give you opportunities to fill out surveys. Unfortunately, the one I still receive offers from only give a few bucks per survey (on average $1-$2) at the rate of 1-2 surveys per day. And 90% of the time I can't do the survey because I don't meet the social status they're looking for (I think mostly because I'm a caucasian male).
There are a ton of survey companies out there, but I'm skeptical to whether you can make a living or even a decent hourly wage from online surveys.
I would say to keep looking for a part-time job. And in your spare time make an informational product you can sell on eBay over and over again. Pick something you are very knowledgeable in, and write on a subject you think people would pay money to buy. It may take a few days to come up with something, but I guarantee you that you'll appreciate any extra money you get from selling an item you can sell over and over again for little to no cost.
Oh...And lastly never spend any money to get a job. Believe me. If anyone demands money as a startup fee, pass them up and never give them another thought.

Having so many paid surveys available all the time lets you live the kind of life you want.
I travel with my family 3 or 4 months every year! While I'm on vacation, I love to take paid surveys while relaxing on the beach. I can pay for my entire stay in just a few hours of taking surveys!

Yes, You can make about $100 if you sign up on at least three of the best survey sites, probably doing a survey a day on each site...
in my opinion the best sites are:
1) http://www.treasuretrooper.com/352643
2) >GetPaidtoSignUp,>G...>G...http://www.sendearnings.com/?r=renjes">G... ReferOthers,ReadE-Mail,CompleteOffers,an... More!
3) http://www.inboxdollars.com/?r=renjes
These surveys sites are free... they don't give spam... and you'll really receive your paycheck! The best from the three in treasuretrooper because you can request a check payment as soon as you earn $20.. and also you will get 20% of your friends total earning (if you invite a friend!)... the other 2 sites are also good but you will have to earn at least $30 to request a payment!
*The way you earn money is very easy... you will have to answer fun surveys (receive $1.00 for each you complete)... and also they will send you promotional e-mails, if you just click on them you will also receive money! They will give $5.00 for signing up... and you can make the minimum $30/$20 very fast!
I never had to use credit card... received any spam... on any of these sites... it's all free!
By the way... lol.... i don't work for any of these sites.. i'm just a greatful customer...lol..... don't think i'm posting spam!
Hope, this helped!

No, I have to say!
I did all these but of no use. Placing classified ads, online data entry, paid surveys all these are scams. Avoid initial deposits paying and kit buying.
I have success over affiliation marketing with some sites.
If u r looking at home based computer jobs look at freelance sites where projects listed under various skills.
Catch these links and see they may help you...

Try some online jobs, where you don’t have to pay upfront money. Online data entry is an excellent career to consider if you want to work at home. Some of the growing fields for work at home data entry include medical and legal transcription, medical coding and litigation coding.
This type of work is becoming so popular that many fraudulent websites have emerged offering data entry jobs, which promise huge profits. The best way to find a legitimate data entry job is visit a reputable career website. You are more likely to find a genuine work at home job using these websites.
