Dude, you picked a horrible time to ask about rock bands in spanish.
The most popular is probably the worst of all, Panda, or Pxndx, sorta emo/wannabe-punks. Which, incidentally, have been widely accused of stealing both riffs and lyrics from MCR, Greenday, Smashing Pumpkins (come on, they STOLE 'Today' intro!!!!). Adding insult to injury, they play lousy and their vocalist sucks, but, they're seem to be quite popular with 15 yr old who don't know any better.
Most of the pseudo-punk goes in the same way: Allison, Division Minuscula, Thermo, Tolidos, etc etc.
Besides being crappy, it's probably nothing you've already listened to.
Save from Brujeria (give it a try) most of the other recs are pop or at most, pop-rock
I could reccomend bands from 10 years ago, like Heroes del Silencio and Cuca, but I'm pretty sure that's not what you have in mind.
The only current band I could think you should listen is Molotov. There are even some songs with parts in English (one of the guys is American) like Here comes the mayo.

Check out La Plebe from San Francisco. They are a new and still active band. And also, the Plugz from L.A. who were an 80's band who had a few tracks on the "Repo Man" soundtrack and some great records too. They both sing in English on some songs and in Spanish on others. If you are into metal, try Sepultura. Enjoy!

It's very possible to learn to sing well. You just need to know the right methods. Learn here https://tr.im/mTuoV
Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.
Whether you sound like crap or you're decent, I recommend this singing course. It's one of the best methods to learn to sing well in a short amount of time. It's all about using efficient techniques that work.
