I just LOVE The Railway Children (1970) especially the end bit where Bobby sees her father as the steam subsides after the train pulls out of the station and she yells, "Daddy, My Daddy". Just Magical.

The only one that is specific to Christmas for me is White Christmas.. I am a Danny Kaye fan.. so it is the obvious choice.
