I have to go to the mall tonight and I'm going to wear a teal shirt and dark faded shinny jeans with a teal hoodie over it, so now that you have an idea of what I'm going wear what kind of make up do you recommend for me to wear?? I want it to be sort of bright light bright eye liner that sticks out and is unique and scene. The quicker the better :]

About Scene Makeup and how to get it
When it comes to scene makeup there is no pattern.
Still, many scene girls keep eyes as the main focus, so never let the rest of your makeup overpower the eyes.
Stick to sheer lipgloss, if any, the best and that's enough.
The pale look for canvas is always welcome.
You got to know first what type of makeup do you want: smoky eyes, sparkling diva look, goddess look, punky shades or anything you saw on other girls.
After you decide the look you want, choose your makeup pallette. However, you're not limited to eye shadow or eyeliner color choices, you can also use less intense eye shadow colours.
The most popular is the heavy smokey eye look.
The traditional smokey eye makeup shadows are, of course black or grey, but for a more "sceny" look, you can use: violet, chocolate, dark pink, copper, dark green, dark blue or purple.
Wearing eyeliner is a must, (whether you're male or female). If you have the "skills" to apply it, do it yourself, but if you're a novice gal or guy, let someone that knows how to apply eyeliner do it for you and teach you how to do it well.
Guys have the tendency to put a little too much makeup on their faces, while girls can wear as much or as little as they please.
Applying eyeliner all the way around the eye is optional, and winging it out on the sides for a cat eye effect is a common practice. Find what eyeliner look you look good in, and stick with it.
Lines can be thin, or thick, depending on what you like best.
Add bright bold neon eye shadow. Hot pink is most popular, but you could go for a yellow, purple, or even rainbow. Pigments are best, but they can be quite expensive. You could get a normal eyeshadow that's not sheer, and wet your applicator, then apply.

Leave the Jeans at home and wear an Abby (NCIS) style Tartan dress to knee. Top sounds fine but you need long black socks tied round the knee. Heavy Black shoes the heavier the better.
Make sure your cleavage shows and a black berry or tartan hat to finish off.

I forgot about the make up use a bright red cheek powder and highlight the eyes with black lilac toning paint with blue eye shadow

When I wear teal, I use teal eyeshadow(the pigmet stuff, it pops) with hot pink on the bottom to shadow my eyes(I have hot pink in my hair though - pry wont work for you) and I use black eyeliner on top with silver or white on the bottom and I use white or light blue to highlight to browbone and put gliter over my eyes. Don't forget mascara. Just me though, which can be quite weird. lol, it looks better than it sounds.

where a very light blue (not teal) eye shadow, hot pink lip gloss (very glossy) and for eye liner, well make it brown and very light. Lastly put on heavy mascara

well always wear mascara and put a little bit of pink blush on and it will make your outfit POP!! and also wear lite pink lip gloss and you will the cutiest one there!!**

no idea but DONT EVER EVER FORGET BIGGGG HAIR always have hairspray and a teasing comb handy, i have a mini hairspray in my tote
