what should i do for my shark?

i have bala sharks.
they wont eat, the people who sold them said they could eat betta food, but they wont eat that either.

Try freeze dried shrimp or blood worms. Mine used to love those.

The next time you want to buy an exotic fish, try to see it eating before to buy.
