It's beyond me why some of these rich celebs risk DUI's when they can afford a chauffeur.

Uhhh... Nah, plus all that has to be done is preparation... avoid drinking and driving, prepare a cab, have a friend or relative pick you up at a certain time, people just don't plan in my opinion...yeah... plus the purpose of drinking is to get drunk, not to take a couple of sips just for the flavor, so they shouldn't even be driving in the first place knowing they're gonna get drunk later on... yeah....

No, that sounds too much like Communism.
Besides, DUI's happen other places too.

Take away alcohol and cars from California residents? That would work as well as taking planes away from the airlines!
