Get a pregnancy test for her ?
Assuming you've had sex, ask if her "period" is late ( I assume you know what this is) If it is late, then she could well be, so refer to first line.

Go to the doctors and ask for a test or buy one, if she has been on the pill then they wont work so it is best to go to the doctors, if she missed any pills or you didnt use a condom and she isnt on the pill then there is a chance that she could be pregnant if you are both healthy and of child bearing age.

Take her to the doctor, ask her to make a pregnancy test or ask her whether she's been having the usual symptoms of pregnancy (delay of menstruation, nausea and vomiting, morning sickness, tender breasts, tiredness, frequent urination, headaches, backaches, food cravings).
