my hp desk top, 2 months old crashed, had to boot up without discs nowit says my recovery drive d is full?

the system is windows vista, and now i cannot make a back up discs ......I 'm so frustrated..... I need help to resovle ..thanks

It it's only 2 months old you should NOT NEED to be using bacups unless you seriously screwed windows up
