For the boxspring alone I'd say probably about 50 pounds, if you lifted with the matress probably about 70, although I saw one for sale that weighed 150 pounds, it must have been made of stone, lol!
Sometimes things seem to weigh more than what they are if they're bigger, though! Like for me something big like a 40 pound box seems heavier than something small, like a 40 pound weight, but that's probably because you can't hold it as well, or mabye it's just me!

Twin Mattress Weight

Around 25lbs for the mattress and the same for the box spring, so 50lbs altogether, although, if you were dragging rather than lifting the mattress less force would be required, depending on the surface friction. Are you training to be a heavyweight champion, lol?

I'm not sure, I think about's 30 pounds, but that's just my geusse! (oh yeah, when she said heavyweight I think she ment the class of boxer)
Oh, my auto mech teacher has a 50 pound bar of iron that has "hall pass" written on it, since his other hall pass got lost he said we have to use that now, but half the kids don't, they just leave it, lol!
