Interesting desserts for project?

I have to like find a recipe for a type of food, and make it into more servings and less servings..I don't want to do "pie" or "cake". Who has an interesting idea?...I also want it to be hung up.

you could do miny strawberry tarts.. so easy to make...

and put them on a hanging case!
