It sounds very normal for a pregnant woman, although you should always keep your OB informed of what's going on with you.
Make sure that you are getting enough fluids in, even if you can't really eat much. It is pretty easy to get dehydrated; I should know... I threw up every day for 9 months with both my kids. At this point you don't need to worry about getting extra food in because the baby is so small. Besides, the body is amazing and knows how to get the baby what it needs, even if that means tapping into your body's energy stores (fat.)
It is normal to be tired. You are making a human, that is hard work! Do what you can when you feel like it, otherwise, give yourself a break.
My sister is currently pregnant, and I bought her a device called the ReliefBand. (You can find it on the internet.) She said it is really helping with the nausea and vomitting.
Remember why you are doing this. You will be mom to your very own child when you are done.

unfortunatley this is normal. My morning sickness (which i wish someone had told me it can really be any time of the day) lasted almost two months it started on my second month. The head aches might be sinus you should mention that to your doctor just to make sure. The tiredness comes with the new bundle of joy. Now also keep in mind all pregnancies are different some women (the very lucky ones) dont get any symptons at all and some get it the whole nine months. If you get to the point where you cant keep anything down at all for many days that will have to be brought to doctors attention. Anytime you have any worries though its great to talk to your doctor you dont want to have to add extra worries to an already stressful time on your body.

Sounds totally normal to me. You can go to any website that lists early pregnancy symptoms and everything you've said will be on it.
As for the nasty taste.. I've read alot of women experience a metallic taste in their mouth.
Maybe try chewing some gum?

Sounds normal to be, the bad taste in your mouth is probably caused by acid reflux. I get that alot after I drink coffee or whatnot. I talked to my doctor and pharmacist and they said Zantac is fine to take, since tums didn't work for me! Good Luck

Throwing up, feeling dizzy, sleepy and tired all the times is normal in the first trimester!
just to avoid it, try to eat some salty cookie before your get up from your bed in the morning, it cuts out the nausea and horrible feelings!
but to double check it, bring it to your doc. in ur next appt.
best of luck

Totally normal. It will get better around week 14. You won't even feel pregnant around week 17 or 18. Then it goes downhill around week 33. At week 39, you want to crawl into a hole to avoid people and just want the baby out. LOL.

It all happened with me too...
I ended up keeping a small bottle of mouthwash handy, just because I couldnt stand the taste in my mouth.
