I live in Virginia.We got some really weird laws too!
There is a state law prohibiting "corrupt practices of bribery by any person other than candidates."
It is illegal to spit on sidewalk.
Citizens must honk their horn while passing other cars.
Children are not to go trick-or-treating on Halloween.
(Hmmm we do this though!)
It is illegal to tickle women.

I just used this story in an answer. Until this summer, it was legal to be naked in public in a nearby large town. It was illegal to undress in public. My daughter and son-in-law were in town shopping when a dude in his 60's sauntered down main street dressed in a hat, shoes, and Walkman. An hour or so later, they saw the same man stopped by the cops by the side of the road outside his van. That week, the paper said the law had been changed to include public nudity.
