I know it's hard, but try just going to bed earlier. It will take some time, but, eventually you will get back in the habit of it, and you will start getting up earlier. It helps if you have a job, or something that requires you to get up in the morning.

I sympathize with you, since I am a late person. Everybody have an internal clock set, some have good control over it, some cannot do so. When I absolutely have to make early morning work, one or more of the following works.
1. open curtains. The direct sunlight works.
2. reduce the amount of hot/cold beverages.
3. quit watching late TV shows. Set up a routine to darken the
room and go to sleep.
4. stop surfing internet late at night.
5. keep a book of interest near the pillow. When you wake
up, you may not want to get out of the bed. So, read a
page, and slowly get out. This will help you to pick up the
speed during the initial stages.
6. Have an automatic coffee maker, set the timer to the
desired time you want to wake up. The aroma will help you
get out of the bed and move to the kitchen.
7. If all possible efforts fail and if it is very important to
change the habit, talk to a doctor.
Good luck.

you r reversed isnt it suppose to be as a child were able to hang out in jammies in bed watching cartoons and as an adult we have to become responsible and wake early...
i wish i could sleep past 8 am i have an internal alarm clock that wakes me at 7 30 am every morning...my suggestion is
at 8 pm read or do something relaxing, dim lights take bath or shower, no tv or loud music
at 9pm get into bed and go to sleep
keep up this routine its just a matter of time till your bodys internal clock will switch its pattern and allow you to be the morning person u want to be or try
rewarding yourself each am at 8 by having your favorite cup of coffee or phoning the most important person in your life so you have reason to get up
try getting a dog...lol...youll have to get up to let the animal p or the dog will bark until you do

Set a routine to going to bed, early. Avoid tv, caffeinated drinks, any type of rigorous work outs. Your body will have to get used to getting up and adjusting to the early morning hours. It will take time but you can be a morning person again.

Wake up early, think positive thoughts, enjoy your breakfast, go to bed early, set your alarm for 5 minutes before when you want to wakeup so then you have 1 minute to say goodbye to your bed. Good luck! =]

Go to bed early, but maybe your biological ways have just changed, and you could enjoy the benefits of being a 'night owl'

drag yourself out of bed early in the morning and stay awake. and keep doing that every single day. or sleep with your curtains open, so that when the sun rises you wake up because of the light.
