Fear ?

Everone else seems to think the US -

There is good reason to think that as well - but Pakistan comes to my mind more than others right now but that will all play out in the first quarter

If Pakistan's nukes fall into the wrong hands if the Taliban start laucnhing big assaults on American British and Canadian troops from Pakistan into Afganistan.

If Israel takes out Pakistans nuclear facilities and that ends up being a Jewish Muslim war The answer might be the one no one expected -

Pakistan could be the one to fear not so much because of it's government of people but the big long scary list of could be's

Israel is another - thier newpapers are all gearing up for air strikes and so forth on Iran - That could have major consequences

Iran itself , nuclear energy or nuclear bombs ?

The Russians who have an in land Sea border with Iran

The Chinese who have dumped 10 % of their US currency might dump the other 90 % in effect openly calling for a war with the US

And yes the US itself could do start or respond to a very volitile world with gun boat diplomacy or that famous shoot from the hip cowboy mentality and get them and the world into even bigger problems

One more attack on the US of any real size --- and absolutely anything could happen

I don't think we should be afraid of any country, just like we shouldn't generally lump entire nations in an "axis of evil" or anything like that. All of these countries that people are listing; Iran, Venezuela, China, North Korea, are countries that we could get along with if we would just have an open dialog with them at all times and not try to threaten them in any way.

I believe we need to fear all countries for different reasons. the USA are not going to start a war with themselves. Canada is passive but can be dangerous. Terrorists from other countries believe they are invincible. So ALL countries hold a threat of some sort.
